Fresh amendments filed in Bawany Air Products acquisition move

December 11, 2025 (MLN): Bawany Air Products Limited has received an additional corrigendum to the Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) with further amendments made to the earlier PAI relating to the proposed acquisition of 98.76% shareholding and control by Mohabbat Khan and others acting in concert.

Under the Securities Act, 2015 and the Takeover Regulations, 2017, the revised terms have been submitted for compliance.

The original PAI, covering the acquisition of 600 million ordinary shares of the company, was published on July 9, 2025, in newspapers, and was earlier amended through a corrigendum dated August 4, 2025.

According to the latest submission by the acquirer, the newly issued corrigendum introduces additional revisions to the PAI.

All other terms and conditions of the original announcement, as well as those amended through the August 4 corrigendum, remain unchanged.
