First Treet Modaraba declares capital reduction

June 26, 2025 (MLN): First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba (PSX: FTMM) has declared a reduction in its Paid-Up Modaraba Fund/Capital from 883.59 million Modaraba certificates to 195.59m certificates.

This change follows an Order passed by the Honorable Lahore High Court, Lahore, on March 12, 2025 (certified copy received on March 20, 2025), in Company Petition No. C.O. No. 6537 of 2025, resulting in the cancellation of 687.98m certificates, the notification issued to the local bourse.

Additionally, a letter from the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) dated June 24, 2025, confirms the new paid-up capital figure of 195.59m certificates.
