Fauji Foundation acquires 20% stake in Pakistan Services

November 03, 2026 (MLN): A 19.70% voting stake in Pakistan Services Limited (PSX: PSEL) has been acquired by Fauji Foundation, according to the company's statement issued today.
The charitable trust bought 6,406,797 voting shares of the
company on November 02, 2026, at Rs1,022.42 per share. Following the purchase,
its total shareholding in the company stands at 6,406,797 shares, representing
19.70% of the total voting shares.
The company received a letter dated November 02, 2026 from
Fauji Foundation on the acquisition, which it forwarded to the exchange on
November 03, 2026.
Fauji Foundation, a charitable trust based in Rawalpindi,
has no persons acting in concert with it in the acquisition. It currently has
no nominee director on the board of Pakistan Services Limited.
