September 17, 2025 (MLN): First National Equities Limited’s (PSX:FNEL) wholly-owned subsidiary, FNE Developments (Pvt.) Ltd., has launched a landmark real estate and tourism development at Pearl Resorts, in strategic collaboration with Neelishang Hills and the Hashoo Group.

Envisioned as Pakistan’s premier hill station and luxury tourism destination, the Pearl Resorts project is a large-scale, multi-year initiative that marks FNEL’s bold expansion into the high-growth hospitality and real estate sectors, according to the company's statement issued today.

The development is expected to generate robust and recurring revenue streams, contributing significantly to long-term shareholder value.
