Dolmen City REIT profit drops 44%

February 25, 2026 (MLN): Dolmen City REIT (PSX: DCR) reported a 44.4% decline in profit for the year ended December 31, 2025, which fell to Rs3.79 billion from Rs6.81 billion a year earlier.

Earnings per unit also fell to Rs1.70 from Rs3.06 in 2024.

Profit before change in fair value, however, rose 22.9% to Rs2.79 billion, driven by strong operational performance.

Total revenue increased 12.8% to Rs3.14 billion, supported by an 18.2% rise in rental income to Rs3.09 billion, while marketing income tumbled 68.7% to Rs54.4 million.

Administrative and operating expenses declined 30.4% to Rs375 million, and impairment reversals added Rs14.1 million compared with a Rs9.6 million charge last year, lifting net operating income 24.3% to Rs2.78 billion.

Management and trustee expenses, including Sindh sales tax, rose 24.3% to Rs111.8 million.
