Dolmen City REIT posts around Rs8bn profit

September 03, 2025 (MLN): Dolmen City REIT (PSX: DCR) has reported its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2025, with a slight dip in its profit. The company posted a profit of Rs7.99 billion, showing a 1.82% decline compared to Rs8.14bn in the same period last year.

The company's Earnings per unit (EPU) for the period stood at Rs3.60, down 1.64% from Rs3.66 recorded in 2024.

Revenues for the period showed positive growth, increasing 13.82% to Rs5.78bn from Rs5.07bn last year. However, administrative and operating expenses rose 16.19% to Rs950.24 million.

Other income saw a significant decline of 37.59%, settling at Rs211.56m against Rs338.95m in 2024.

Consequently, the Profit before change in fair value of investment property increased by 8.71% to Rs4.90bn from Rs4.51bn in the same period last year.

The Unrealised gain on remeasurement of fair value of investment property declined by 14.93% to Rs3.08bn.

After accounting for all factors, the final profit for the period after tax settled at Rs7.99bn, reflecting the 1.82% year-on-year decline.
