Diamond Industries resumes commercial production

January 01, 2026 (MLN): Diamond Industries Limited (PSX: DIIL) has signed a lease agreement and taken possession of a running factory engaged in the manufacturing of foam and spring mattresses, furniture, and allied products.

The facility is located at 58-km Multan Road, Khankay More, Bhai Pheru, Lahore, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The Company has commenced its manufacturing operations effective from today i.e. January 1, 2026, from the said business unit, pursuant to the management decision taken in the Board meeting held on November 25, 2025, for the resumption of business manufacturing operations.

The move is aimed at capturing market share and safeguarding the interests of the Company’s minority shareholders.
