Dadex enters agreement to sell property for Rs1.85bn

March 10, 2026 (MLN): Dadex Eternit Limited (PSX:DADX) has entered into an agreement with M/s. Sherjan Mosakhail & Sons, a registered partnership firm, for the disposal of its immovable property for Rs1.85 billion.

The property is located at Plot No. 34-A/1, P.E.C.H.S., Block 6, Karachi.

The company said the transaction has already received approval from shareholders and remains subject to completion of procedural corporate and regulatory formalities.

The deal has not yet been finalized.

Upon completion of the transaction, the company will duly inform shareholders in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
