September 01, 2026 (MLN): Cordoba Financial Services Limited (CFSL), an 80% shareholding subsidiary of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL), has appointed Topline Securities Limited, LSE Capital Limited and Growth Securities Limited as joint lead consultants and financial advisors for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

CFSL may also appoint additional consultants or advisors as required for the proposed IPO.

The development was disclosed by CLVL through a material information notice to the PSX.
