CNERGY discloses 71% stake move from BIL Mauritius to Singapore parent

October 07, 2026 (MLN): Cnergyico PK Limited (PSX: CNERGY) has disclosed that the 70.73% shares of the company held by Bosicorco International Limited, Mauritius (BIL Mauritius) have vested with its wholly owned holding company, Busientco International Pte. Ltd., Singapore (BIPL Singapore).

The company made the disclosure to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) under Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Regulations, after it received notification of the development.

The company is completing the formalities needed to record BIPL Singapore's name in place of BIL Mauritius in the records of the Central Depository Company (CDC) and the company's share registrar.

The company asked PSX to pass the information on to TREC holders.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
