July 29, 2026 (MLN): Clover Pakistan Limited (PSX: CLOV) has successfully negotiated and signed an agreement with CITA-UK, under which the company has been appointed as the exclusive distributor and stockist in Pakistan for CITA-UK’s range of Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers, accessories, and related equipment.

CITA-UK is a globally recognized supplier specializing in smart EV charging solutions and infrastructure.

The strategic partnership aligns with Clover Pakistan’s commitment to expanding its business footprint and entering high-growth green energy and sustainable technology sectors in Pakistan.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
