October 30, 2026 (MLN): Citi Pharma Limited (PSX:CPHL) has acquired a 20% shareholding in Pakheim International Pharma (Private) Limited under a Share Purchase Agreement dated May 6, 2026.

The company informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in a material information disclosure, filed under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Regulation 5.6.1 of the PSX Regulations.

It said the stake represents the first tranche of its proposed acquisition of 100% of Pakheim International Pharma, which it had disclosed earlier.

The company intends to acquire the remaining shareholding in line with the terms and conditions of the agreement, subject to completion of the applicable formalities.

Citi Pharma said it will keep the PSX informed of further material developments in accordance with regulatory requirements.
