October 28, 2026 (MLN): Colgate-Palmolive (Pakistan) Limited (PSX: COLG) has entered into an Assets Purchase Agreement with Procter & Gamble Pakistan (Private) Limited on October 28, 2026, for the acquisition of land, a manufacturing facility and assets located at Port Qasim, Karachi, with completion of the transaction subject to approval from the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP).

In a disclosure of materialinformation to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company noted that the agreement follows its earlier disclosure of May 14, 2026, regarding the proposed acquisition.

The filing was made under Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Regulations.
