September 01, 2026 (MLN): The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has authorized the proposed merger of LSE SPAC-I Limited (PSX: SPAC1) with and into Ningbo Greenlight Energy Limited (NGLE).

The CCP concluded that the proposed transaction does not create or strengthen a dominant position in the relevant market under the Competition Act, 2010 and the Competition (Merger Control) Regulations, 2016.

Accordingly, the proposed transaction has been authorized under Section 31(1)(d)(i) of the Competition Act, 2010.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
