CCL Holding acquires 58.78% majority stake in Mitchell’s Fruit Farms

October 17, 2025 (MLN): CCL Holding (Private) Limited has completed the acquisition of a 58.78% majority stake in Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited (PSX: MFFL).

This marked a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey and the start of a new chapter for one of Pakistan’s most iconic consumer brands.

Arif Habib Limited acted as the Buy-Side Financial Advisor and Manager to the Offer (MTO), facilitating the strategic transaction, while Akhund Forbes served as the Legal Counsel.

The acquisition is expected to pave the way for Mitchell’s transformation and expansion under new ownership, building upon its long-standing reputation in Pakistan’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Mitchell’s, a heritage brand known for its confectionery, beverages, and food products, now enters a new phase of strategic realignment under CCL Holding, aimed at strengthening its operations, improving efficiencies, and driving long-term growth.
