BYCO’s BoD approves name change of the company to Cinergyco PK Limited

March 31, 2021 (MLN): Byco Petroleum Limited (BYCO) has informed via notification to PSX that the Board of Directors has considered and approved a change in the Company’s name from Byco Petroleum Limited to ‘Cinergyco PK Limited’.

Consequently, for such purpose, the board has also resolved to call an extraordinary general meeting for seeking approval/authorization of the shareholders in respect thereof.
