B.R.R. Guardian Limited receives High Court sanction for merger with BRR Financial Services

May 12, 2026 (MLN): B.R.R. Guardian Limited (PSX:BRRG) has
secured approval from the High Court of Sindh, Karachi, for its Scheme of
Arrangement with BRR Financial Services (Private) Limited, marking a
significant corporate restructuring milestone for the company.
The court found that all legal formalities and compliance
requirements had been duly fulfilled, with no serious objections raised against
the scheme.
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP),
represented by Advocate Syed Hafiz Ebad-ur-Rehman, noted that applicable
regulatory compliance would be required following the merger's sanction.
The Scheme of Arrangement was permitted subject to
fulfillment of all further legal requirements and formalities with relevant
authorities.
The aforementioned information was disseminated
through a notification to Exchange.
