July 13, 2026 (MLN): Blue Ex Limited (PSX:BLUEX) has entered into negotiations for the acquisition of a technology-based company operating in last-mile logistics and other fintech segments.

The company said further details of the transaction would be shared once finalised.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
