BAFL to list Rs20bn subordinated privately placed TFCs on PSX

September 24, 2026 (MLN): Bank Alfalah Limited (PSX:BAFL) will list its Rs20bn rated, unsecured, subordinated, privately placed term finance certificates (TFCs) on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) from Friday, 25 September, with trading set to begin on Monday, 28 September.

The bourse said in a notice that the listing falls under Chapter 5C of the PSX Rule Book, the Privately Placed Debt Securities' Listing Regulations. Trading will take place on the PSX-provided platform, and trades will be settled through the National Clearing Settlement System (NCSS) on a T+1 basis.

Only Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), as defined in Chapter 5C, will be allowed to trade in the TFCs.

The TFCs have a tenor of up to 10 years from the issue date and carry a floating coupon of 6-month KIBOR plus 100 bps.

The market lot is one certificate with a face value of Rs100,000.

Pak Oman Investment Company Limited is acting as the Investment Agent, while F.D. Registrar Services (Pvt) Ltd is the Registrar and Transfer Agent for the issue.

The National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited has assigned the security symbol BAFLTFC9 to the TFCs.
