Avanceon expands into Australia with new business entity

May 07, 2026 (MLN): Avanceon Limited (PSX:AVN) has expanded its global footprint with the
registration of a new business entity in Australia, operating under the name
Avanceon PTY LTD.
The new entity has
been formally registered in Queensland under the Australian Securities and
Investments Commission in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.
Avanceon PTY LTD is a proprietary company limited by shares
and a wholly owned subsidiary of Avanceon FZE – UAE.
The establishment of this new entity marks a significant
milestone in the company's strategic global expansion, reinforcing its presence
across the Asia-Pacific region and bringing its internationally recognized
expertise in automation, digitalization, and industrial technology closer to a
growing market.
Through Avanceon PTY LTD, the company will deliver
innovative solutions across IT and technical services, oil and gas, transport
and infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, mining, and environmental
services.
The new setup is designed to enable deeper engagement with
customers, partners, and stakeholders across Australia and the broader
Asia-Pacific region, while maintaining the international standards of quality,
safety, and innovation that Avanceon is known for worldwide.
