At-Tahur Limited to list Rs800m privately placed sukuk on PSX

September 24, 2026 (MLN): At-Tahur Limited (PSX:PREMA) will list its Rs800mn rated, secured, privately placed sukuk certificates on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) from Friday, 25 September, with trading set to begin on Monday, 28 September.

The bourse said in a notice that the listing falls under Chapter 5C of the PSX Rule Book, the Privately Placed Debt Securities' Listing Regulations.

Trading will take place on the PSX-provided platform, and trades will be settled through the National Clearing Settlement System (NCSS) on a T+1 basis.

Only Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), as defined in Chapter 5C, will be allowed to trade in the certificates.

The sukuk will mature on 29 March 2027 and carry a floating coupon of 3-month KIBOR plus 1.3% per annum. The market lot is one certificate with a face value of Rs1mn.

Digital Custodian Company Limited is acting as the Security Agent, as well as the Registrar and Transfer Agent for the issue.

The National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited has assigned the security symbol PREMASTSC to the certificates.
