Askari Bank decides to not renew the contract of President & CEO

June 10, 2021 (MLN): The Board of the Directors of Askari Bank Limited, during its 166th meeting has decided not to renew the contract of its President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Abid Sattar, upon its expiry on the 8th of August 2021.
The Bank shall disclose the details of appointment of a new or acting President and Chief Executive Officer in accordance with statutory requirements.
The aforesaid information is shared via notification to exchange.
