Askari Bank decides to not renew the contract of President & CEO

June 10, 2021 (MLN): The Board of the Directors of Askari Bank Limited, during its 166^th meeting has decided not to renew the contract of its President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Abid Sattar, upon its expiry on the 8^th of August 2021.

The Bank shall disclose the details of appointment of a new or acting President and Chief Executive Officer in accordance with statutory requirements.

The aforesaid information is shared via notification to exchange.
