Arif Habib unveils share acquisition offer for Mitchells

July 28, 2025(MLN): Arif Habib Limited (PSX: AHL), on behalf of CCL Holding Private Limited (the Acquirer), has submitted a Public Announcement of Offer to acquire up to 6.01 million ordinary shares—representing 26.26% of the issued ordinary share capital—of Mitchells Fruit Farms Limited.

This follows the earlier Public Announcement of Intention published on November 15, 2024, in Business Recorder and Nawa-i-Waqt under the Securities Act, 2015 and the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017.

The hard copy of the offer document, along with all relevant documents under Section 7(5) of the Regulations, has been couriered to the relevant authority, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The Public Announcement of Offer will be published in Business Recorder and Nawa-i-Waqt on July 30, 2025.
