August 03, 2026 (MLN): Arctic Textile Mills Limited (PSX: ARCTM) will acquire a spinning unit on lease at a market-competitive rate, effective August 1, 2026, as part of its business expansion plans.

The decision was approved by the company's board of directors at its meeting held on August 1, 2026.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
