Anjum Nisar reduces stake in Bunny’s Limited to 7.91%

September 30, 2025 (MLN): Anjum Nisar has notified that he has reduced his shareholding in Bunny’s Limited (PSX: BUNL) to 7.91% of the company’s issued share capital, according to a disclosure by the Company to PSX.

Initially, Nisar had acquired 1,952,206 voting shares, taking his total shareholding in the company to 7,019,564 shares, representing 10.51% of Bunny’s Limited’s issued voting shares.

However, on July 24, 2025, he disposed of 1,737,028 shares, which brought his stake down to 7.91%.

The disclosure was formally submitted on September 17, 2025.
