All-new KIA Stonic introduced in Pakistan with two variants

October 01, 2026 (MLN): The all-new Stonic compact SUV has been introduced in Pakistan in two variants, with the Turbo S offering a power tilt and slide sunroof, priced at Rs5.499 million, while the Turbo X is priced at Rs5.899m.

Both variants are powered by a 1.0-litre turbo GDI petrol engine (998cc) producing 100 PS at 6,000 rpm and 172 Nm of torque between 1,500 and 3,500 rpm, paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and front-wheel drive.

Dimensions
Both variants share a 2,580mm wheelbase, 4,165mm length and 1,760mm width. Boot space is 352 litres (VDA), expanding to 1,155 litres with the seats folded, and the fuel tank holds 45 litres. Seating capacity is five. The Turbo S is 1,520mm high with 183mm of ground clearance, while the Turbo X is 1,500mm high with 165mm of ground clearance.

Exterior
The Turbo S rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with 205/55R17 tyres, while the Turbo X has 16-inch alloy wheels with 195/55R16 tyres. The Turbo S gets LED projection headlamps, a dynamic welcome light, LED front fog lamps, LED rear combination lamps and the power tilt and slide sunroof.

The Turbo X has halogen bi-function projection headlamps and LED plus bulb rear combination lamps, and does not get the dynamic welcome light, front fog lamps or sunroof. LED daytime running lamps, roof rails and electric folding mirrors are standard on both.

Interior and technology
Both variants come with an 8-inch display audio system supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 4.2-inch Supervision TFT LCD instrument cluster, six speakers and air conditioning.

The Turbo S features cloth and artificial leather seats, a black and medium grey two-tone interior, a bio-artificial leather steering wheel, an electro-chromic inside rear view mirror and metal pedals. The Turbo X has cloth seats, a black one-tone interior, a polyurethane steering wheel and a day-and-night inside rear view mirror, without metal pedals.

Comfort and convenience
The Turbo S has a smart key with push start, while the Turbo X has keyless entry. Both variants are equipped with an electric parking brake with auto hold, cruise control, drive mode select, idle stop and go, forward and reverse park assist sensors, a rear view camera and a tyre pressure monitoring system.

Safety
Both variants carry six airbags, anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic stability control (ESC), hill-start assist control (HAC), multi-collision brake (MCB) and ISOFIX child anchors.

Colours and ownership
The Stonic is available in Fusion Black, Clear White, Selenium Grey, Interstellar Grey and Sparkling Silver. Ownership support includes roadside assistance, LMC Certified Pre-Owned and a 4-year/100,000km warranty.
