Air Link to list Select Technologies on PSX

March 13, 2026 (MLN): Air Link Communication Limited (PSX: AIRLINK)'s wholly owned subsidiary, Select Technologies Limited, is planning to raise capital through an initial public offering and seek a listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, according to a notice sent to the exchange.

The decision was approved by the company’s board of directors, which authorized Select Technologies to proceed with preparations for the IPO, subject to compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

As part of the process, Arif Habib Limited has been appointed as the consultant on the issue and lead manager for the proposed offering.

The listing plan signals Air Link’s intent to unlock value in its subsidiary while raising fresh capital for growth.

Further details regarding the size, pricing and timeline of the offering were not disclosed.

Air Link, one of Pakistan’s major mobile device distributors and assemblers, informed the exchange that the IPO and listing of Select Technologies will proceed after fulfilling all regulatory approvals and requirements.
