July 14, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has placed the draft prospectus of Agro Processors & Atmospheric Gases Limited on its website for seeking public comments following the company's application for listing on the Main Board.

According to the notice, the initial public offering (IPO) comprises 58,049,541 ordinary shares with a par value of Rs2 each, to be offered through the book-building method at a floor price of Rs32 per share.

KTrade Securities Limited has been appointed as the lead manager to the issue.

PSX has invited written comments on the draft prospectus, if any, to be submitted via email by the close of business on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
