Adeeb Ahmad appointed interim CEO of K-Electric

February 13, 2026 (MLN): K-Electric Limited's (PSX:KEL) Board of Directors has appointed Adeeb Ahmad as interim Chief Executive Officer of the company, replacing Syed Moonis Abdullah Alvi with immediate effect.

The board has commenced an accelerated search for a permanent CEO to lead the organization going forward, according to the company's statement issued today.

This development follows an earlier disclosure dated February 6, 2026, regarding the resignation of the previous CEO.

Adeeb Ahmad will assume the responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer during this transitional period, overseeing the company's operations and strategic direction.

Mr. Ahmad has an extensive experience in leading private equity investments, portfolio management, M&A deals and corporate turnarounds in several key sectors across emerging markets.
