June 19, 2026 (MLN): Attock Refinery Limited's (PSX:ATRL) board of directors has approved the sale of a 70% stake in its wholly owned subsidiary, Attock Hospital (Private) Limited, to Shuaib A. Malik at a consideration of Rs305 million.

The board cleared the offer at its meeting held on June 19, 2026.

The transaction remains subject to the execution of definitive transaction documents and the receipt of all requisite corporate, regulatory, and statutory approvals and consents.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
