ARM Green Industries approves formation of corporate group with subsidiary

August 28, 2026 (MLN): ARM Green Industries Limited's (PSX:ARMG) Board of Directors has authorized the formation and registration of a "Group" under the Companies Act, 2017, comprising the company as the holding entity along with its subsidiary, Helios Resol Technology (Private) Limited, pursuant to Regulation 138 of the Companies Regulations, 2024.

The Board has also authorized filing of an application for registration of the Group with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in the prescribed manner and form, while the CEO or Company Secretary has been authorized, singly, to sign, verify, execute and submit all required documents and forms to complete the registration process.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
