Azgard Nine completes transactions for Muzaffargarh unit

November 13, 2025 (MLN): Azgard Nine Limited (PSX:ANL) has completed a significant transaction related to its Creditors' Scheme of Arrangement, involving the sale of lands associated with the Muzaffargarh Unit along with all plant, equipment, and installations.

Agent Banks have confirmed the full completion of transactions related to the building and machinery at the Muzaffargarh Unit, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

Proceeds amounting to Rs674 million, along with the net accrued profit after deducting scheme-related expenses, have been distributed to creditors.
