August 03, 2026 (MLN): ABHI Microfinance Bank Limited has applied for listing on the Main Board of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), with its Initial Public Offering (IPO) comprising 132,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of Rs10 each, to be offered through the Book Building Method at a floor price of Rs15 per share.

Arif Habib Limited, Topline Securities Limited and Growth Securities (Private) Limited have been appointed as Joint Lead Managers to the Issue, according to PSX notice.

PSX has placed the Draft Prospectus of the Bank on its website under the caption "Public Comments on Draft Prospectus of ABHI Microfinance Bank Limited."

All concerned parties have been invited to send their written comments on the Draft Prospectus, if any, to PSX at comments.draftprospectus@psx.com.pk by COB Monday, August 10, 2026.
