MCB removed from MSCI FM Index

November 14, 2022 (MLN): The MCB bank will be removed from the MSCI Pakistan Index, which will take place at the end of this month 30 Nov 2022, statement issued by MSCI on Monday.

As per the report, three securities will be added to MSCI Oman Index, one to Jordan MSCI Index, and one to MSCI Morocco Index.

On the other side, one security will be removed from MSCI Pakistan Index and six from Vietnam MSCI Index.

Furthermore, MSCI Jordan Index will add Jordan Islamic banking, MSCI Oman Index add Bank Dhofar, National Bank of Oman, and Sohar International Bank, and MSCI Morocco Index add MANAGEM.

Meanwhile, MSCI Pakistan Index will remove MCB Bank, MSCI Vietnam Index will remove Development Investment Construction, HO CHI MINH City Development Bank, Petrovietnam Fertilizer and chemical, THAIHOLDING, VIETNAM Rubber Group JSC, and VNDIRECT Securities Corp respectively.
