Summit Bank approves appointment of Mr. Jawad Majid Khan as President and CEO

March 26, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Summit Bank Limited, in its meeting held today has approved relinquishment by Mr. Ahsan Raza Durrani from the position of the President & CEO (Acting) as well as the Executive Director of the Bank.

In addition to this, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Jawad Majid Khan as the President and Chief Executive Officer (Regular) of the Bank in place of Mr. Ahsan Raza Durrani with immediate effect for a term of three (3) years, subject to the approval of the State Bank of Pakistan and compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and regulatory requirements in this regard.
