SIBL changes principal line of business

June 26, 2023 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of Security Investment Bank Limited (PSX: SIBL) has resolved the change of the principal line of business in the Memorandum of Association (MoA), by replacing its existing object clause III with new object clause III, the company’s latest filing on PSX revealed.

“To carry on, the businesses of investment finance services, leasing, housing finance services, venture capital investment, discounting services, and other allied and incidental forms of businesses and services, as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC),” the notice reads.

The company is licensed to carry out the business of investment finance services as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC).
