Rudolf Pakistan acquires 20.83m shares of Nimir Resins

February 27, 2025 (MLN): Rudolf Pakistan (Private) Limited’s public offer to acquire 30.28 million shares of Nimir Resins Limited (PSX: NRSL), representing 21.42% of the company's issued and paid-up capital, has officially concluded.

According to AKD Securities Limited, the manager to the offer, the acceptance period expired on February 25, 2025, with 20.84m shares tendered.

After scrutiny, 20.83m shares were successfully accepted, surpassing the minimum acceptance threshold of 10.6 million shares set for the conditional offer.

The offer, initially announced in January 2025, was made in accordance with the Securities Act, 2017, and the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017.

The completion of this process marks a significant step for Rudolf Pakistan in expanding its stake in NRSL.
