Privatization Commission to hire Financial Advisor for sale of 18.39% shares in Mari Petroleum

Privatization Commission is looking to hire Financial Advisor to divest the shares of Mari Petroleum shares. The Government after careful consideration has decided to sell around 18.39% share of Mari Petroleum.

The Privatization Commission has invited bids from Financial Institutions and other entities who are interested in the purchase of Mari shares.

The interested parties can submit their requests by 2nd of January, 2018.

The current shareholders of Mari Petroleum include: Fauji Group 40%, Oil & Gas Development Authority 20% and 21.61% are owned by General Public.
