PPL discovers hydrocarbons in Sujjawal, Sindh

Pakistan Petroleum Limited has discovered hydrocarbons from the exploratory well ‘Yasar X-1’ which is located in the Sujjawal district, Sindh.

During the testing, the well flowed 3.2 MMscfd gas and 475 bbl per/day condensate at 32/64” choke.

Pakistan Petroleum Limited has a 100% working interest in the Kotri block, and is the operator under the Kotri Exploration Licence No. 2468-12.
