June 3, 2019 (MLN): Pakistan's Yearly Inflation rate in May 2019 was 9.11 percent compared to 8.82 percent in April 2019 and 4.19 percent in May 2018.

The July-May average inflation is 7.18 percent compared to 3.81 percent from the corresponding period last year.

Market Expectation of Inflation for May was between 9.80 % and 9.11% with the average estimate of 9.48%

On a monthly basis, CPI increased by 0.78 percent in May compared to 1.26 percent in April

Market expectation of Monthly change was between 1.27% and 0.80% with the average estimate at 1.11%.
