Pakistan’s Yearly inflation at 9.05 Percent in March

April 01, 2021 (MLN): Pakistan's Yearly Inflation Rate (New Base 2015-16) in March 2021 was 9.05 percent compared to 8.70 percent in February 2021 and 10.24 percent in March 2020.

The July-March average inflation is 8.35 percent compared to 11.54 percent from the corresponding period last year.

Market Expectation of Inflation for March was between 11.50% and 9.20% with the average estimate of 9.63%.

On a monthly basis, CPI increased by 0.36 percent in March compared to a increase of 1.80 percent in February.

Market expectation of Monthly change was between 2.60% and 0.50% with the average estimate at 0.91%.
