May 01, 2021 (MLN): Pakistan's Yearly Inflation Rate (New Base 2015-16) in April 2021 was 11.10 percent compared to 9.05 percent in March 2021 and 8.53 percent in April 2020.

The July-April average inflation is 8.63 percent compared to 11.24 percent from the corresponding period last year.

Market Expectation of Inflation for April was between 11.20% and 10.60% with the average estimate of 10.89%.

On a monthly basis, CPI increased by 1.03 percent in April compared to a increase of 0.36 percent in March.

Market expectation of Monthly change was between 1.10% and 0.60% with the average estimate at 0.83%.
