Pakistan’s Forex Reserves Decrease by USD 48.80 Million

August 26, 2021 (MLN): Pakistan's Forex Reserves decreased by USD 48.80 Million or 0.2% and the total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at USD 24,619.30 Million on Aug 20, 2021.

According to data published by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) its reserves decreased by USD 47.00 Million. On Aug 23, 2021 SBP received IMF SDR Allocation funds amounting to USD 2,751.8 million. This amount will increase FX Reserves of SBP and will be reflected in the data to be published on Sep 02, 2021.
