Pakistan’s 2022-dollar bond drop by 11cents

September 23, 2022 (MLN): Pakistan Dollar Bonds due 2022 and 2031 slumped by 11 cents and 7 cents after Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said the South Asian nation needs debt relief, an article published on Bloomberg today.

Pakistan dollar bond of 5.625% in 2022 maturing in December falls by 11 cents to trade at 81.9cents on the dollar, and its 7.375% 2031-dollar bond falls by 7 cents to trade at 40.33 cents on the dollar.
