Pakistan achieves historic demand and supply of power today: Hammad Azhar

July 07, 2021 (MLN): Pakistan has achieved the highest demand & supply of power in history today at 24,284 MW, Hammad Azhar said on Wednesday.

Making an announcement on his Twitter handle, Minister for Energy said, “It reflects not just higher demand & generation but also increased transmission capacity. In contrast, the highest generation & transmission achieved before PTI govt was in July 2018 at 20,811 MW.”
