NEPRA admits license application for PV based solar power generation facility in Sindh

May 6, 2019 (MLN): National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has admitted the application of ENI New Energy Pakistan (Private) Limited (ENEP) for consideration of grant of generation license for its proposed Photovoltaic (PV) based Solar Power generation facility.

The proposed project is to be set up on Bhit Gas Plant, Bhit, District Jamshoro in the Province of Sindh under 10 years power purchase agreement and will have an installed capacity of 10.0MWP consisting of 30,320 modules with maximum power of 330 WP.

The total cost of the project will be around USD 10.0 million.
