March 13, 2019: Finance Minister Asad Umar says national economy is moving in the right direction due to the prudent policies of the current government. 

Talking to a private news channel, he said the PTI government after coming to power had to face various economic challenges but it made efforts to reduce the current deficit besides improving exports. 

The Minister said Federal Board of Revenue is making all out efforts to bring new people into tax net.
