MoITT receives Rs19.39bn in terms of License renewal fee

May 28, 2022 (MLN): The Ministry of IT and Telecommunication (MoITT) has received Rs19.39 billion against the 3rd Installment of License renewal fee by Jazz and Telenor, Federal Minister for IT and Telecom Syed Amin Ul Haque informed on Saturday through the official social media account of Ministry.

The amount has been deposited in Federal Consolidated Fund (FCF), he added.

With this deposit, the total deposits through Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) in FCF during the FY22 have become Rs 102.5bn (equivalent to $577 million).

He also appreciated the performance of the PTA in this regard.
