KSE-100 remains neutral in the first session of the week

November 26, 2018 (MLN): The KSE 100 index lost approximately 97 points by the day end and closed in at 40771 points. Cement and Oil & Gas marketing companies emerged as the major net losers as they took away 51 and 31 points from the index respectively.

Among the index heavy weights, losses on the scrips of LUCK (-2.18%), OGDC (-0.77%), PSO (-1.42%) and TRG (-4.41%) coxed the index towards losses.

Engulfed within a range of 479 points, the index touched an intraday high of 41144 points and an intraday low of 40664 points. Around 68.8 million shares traded today for the scrips listed on the benchmark index with their total value recorded at Rs. 5.3 billion.

The broader KSE All share also lost around 63 points by the day end and closed in at 29,437 points.

An intraday high of 29,633 points and an intraday low of 29,346 points was recorded by the day end for the all share index with a range of 287 points.

Over 135 million shares of the scrips listed within the broader KSE All Share Index have been traded so far, with its value recorded at Rs. 6.9 billion.
