The Karachi Stock Exchange benchmark SKE – 100 Index today closed the day at 46103 points up by 0.20 percent after adding more than 90 points. The index has managed to consolidate its bullish run for the last two weeks amid rising inflows from foreign investors.
Financials, Oil and Chemicals remain in the limelight after the volumes for the three sectors topped the index today.
Volume traded increased by 5.89 percent during the session after total volume clocked in at 135.636 million versus 128.089 million on Friday.
Commercial Banks, Refinery, and Chemical closed the session at the top today after collectively adding more than 184.02 points.
Sector-wise all share index top ten sector turnover was led by Chemical (54.724 million), Commercial Banks (40.702 million), and Cement (29.748 million) with Refinery (12.031 million) and Food & Personal Care Products (11.946 million) stocks trailing at the bottom.
KSE – 100 Index at the day end moved a total of 90.27 points up 0.20 percent, closing in at 46103.61 points with index high – low range of 46447.91 – 46013.34.
KSE – All Share Index Volume was at 269.827 million shares, the value of shares traded for all-shares index reached PKR 13.762 billion.

The index moved in the range of 270.57 points.
